ORDERING
Simply add items to your cart then click 'Proceed to Checkout'. You will be prompted to enter your personal details including delivery & payment details.
Cut off times are 12pm Tuesday for delivery on Wednesdays 9.00am - 3.00pm or Friday 12.00pm (midday) for delivery on Saturdays 7.00am - 3.00pm
We haves a minimum spend of $60 per order plus delivery $10
Yes we do offer subscriptions on a weekly basis for Wednesday and Saturday delivery. For more information, please email us at hello@bnourishedperth.com.au
Yes, we will contact you to remind you to place your next order prior to the cut off day/time.
Cancellations can be made up until the cut off time of midnight on Sundays

DELIVERY
Yes, we certainly do; deliveries are on a Wednesday 9.00am - 3.00pm or Saturdays 7.00am - 3.00pm. You will receive an email once delivery is completed.
At this stage we deliver to within a 60km radius of Canning Vale.

Delivery is $10 with a 60km radius of Canning Vale with a minimum spend of $60.00. Delivery charges will automatically be calculated at checkout once you enter your delivery address.

Yes, we are now offering a pickup service!
Orders can be collected from our premises in Canning Vale Tuesday - Friday from 6.00am - 10.00am. Choose 'Pickup' at checkout, select the day you will be collecting your order and choose the time slot.
Please bring your order confirmation email with you.
No, your meals are delivered in an insulated recyclable cardboard box which will keep them frozen for up to 5 hours.
If the driver cannot get access to your door or complex / no-one is home to receive then a note must be made on the order with the requested arrangement or desired location, to allow your meals to be left unattended.
You may give an access code to your complex for your delivery however if no prior arrangements have been made, then the order will be left at the entrance of the unit or complex if suitable.
If deemed an unsuitable entrance to leave your order e.g., high traffic areas and main roads/ unsuitable weather conditions your order will be taken to our premise in Canning Vale for collection.
Please leave delivery notes with instructions on how to enter the complex (such as a code or buzzer), or if it is okay to leave your order at the reception or front gate.
MEALS
Our meals are cooked fresh daily and then snap frozen sealing in all the goodness and nutrients.
The benefits of snap freezing our meals directly after production allows us to cook without preservatives and additives locking in freshness, flavour and nutrients whilst they are at their peak. Keeping our premium b/nourished pre-cooked meals in your freezer means that you will always have nutritious & well balanced meals on hand, and, given the fast paced & time poor world that we live in that's got to be a bonus!
I may be a little watery, But I am all natural. In many traditional frozen or pre-prepared meals, thickeners are added for preserving or for flavour.
This also helps to bind fluid. Here at b/nourished we contain no added thickeners. As a result, once you heat the meals in the microwave, the vegetables will release fluid. You can simply drain this fluid before consuming your meal if you wish.
Yes, we cater Plant Based, Vegetarian, 100% Gluten Free, Low Carb, Nut Free & Dairy Free.
Please refer to the ingredient list and nutritional panel for each meal on our website before ordering. Whilst we take care to keep allergens out of certain meals, please be aware that our food is prepared in areas where foods containing allergens may have previously been prepared. This may include foods such as: dairy, wheat, soy, egg, nuts (including peanuts), seed products (including sesame seeds), fish and crustacean products. We recommend checking each meal ingredient label thoroughly before consumption
Definitely not, our meals are all free from preservatives, additives, artificial colourings and added hormones.
All of the chicken we use is free-range and halal certified.
STORAGE/SHELF-LIFE
Our meals can be kept in the freezer for up to 4 months and all meals have individual expiry dates stated on the plastic film
Some meals have a longer shelf-life, always check the Use by Date prior to consumption.
Meals are best kept in the freezer; should you wish to defrost your meal prior to heating we suggest leaving it in the fridge overnight and reheating from a thawed state.
Meals left in the fridge should be consumed within 4 days of thawing.
HEATING
We suggest leaving your meal in the fridge overnight to defrost and heat in the microwave as per the instructions on the meal.
HEATING YOUR MEAL FROM DEFROSTED
Remove the cardboard sleeve and peel back the corner of the plastic film. Heat the meal for three (3) minutes on high. Check the temperature and if required heat for a further one (1) minute.
HEATING YOUR MEAL FROM FROZEN
Remove the cardboard sleeve and peel back the corner of the plastic film. Heat the meal for 5 - 7 minutes on high. Check the temperature and if required heat for a further one (1) minute.

CONTAINERS & PACKAGING
Yes, our meals come in microwave-safe containers, covered with a plastic film.
All meals are packaged in microwave safe sealed packaging.
Our plastic food containers and cardboard sleeves are recyclable however the plastic film covering the food is not recyclable.

The price of our meals vary; our meals range from $12.95 to $15.95 per meal with pricing shown on each dish.
